Dear German owners,

Just a few words from a Jaguar owner and enthusiast in Spain.

I have been buying parts to All4Jags / Jaguar Parts Europe in HOLLAND for almost 3 years.

The quality of the parts was used, sometimes better, sometimes worse.

Packaging not very good, sometimes just some bubble plastic and the cardboard box quite fragile, last parcel was needing more tape as it was almost open.

Sometime ago I bought a XJS rear light that arrived with a crack in the lens. I had to pay return delivery and they keep me the money for another part. After 6 months I could by another part.

This month I bought them a pair of used XK8 4.2 downpipes and catalysts for 1200 €, 3 months warranty in the invoice. I asked for pics but no pics were sent. Not the first time they decline to send pics, STRANGE.....

I received the parts and they were rusty with brown interior and outside bolts welded and damaged. Impossible to fit.

I returned the parts and, I WONDER, they arrive with the connectors broken but they didn't claim to the courrier !!

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE RETURNED PARTS ARRIVE THEM BROKEN.

SO I BEGIN TO THINK THIS IS A WAY TO NO REFUND THE MONEY TO THE COSTUMERS.

They were exactly returned in the same way they sent me them. Cardboard box + bubble plastic. No extra protection over the connectors.

Now they decline to return me 1200 € for the purchase.

This is how ALL4JAGS are doing bussiness.

I ADVISE TO ALL GERMAN OWNERS TO BE AWERE ON THIS COMPANY.

ASK FOR PICTURES AND NEVER, NEVER PAY BY BANK WIRE TRANSFER.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, THAT'S FOR SURE.

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ähnliche Erfahrungen mit diesem Händler gemacht. Es ging zwar "nur" um ein Radio mit einer Rechnungssumme von 250 Euro plus Versand, was natürlich nach Eintreffen nicht funktionierte, aber dieser Händler reagiert nicht auf die in der Rechnung versprochene Garantie von drei Monaten.

Ich erwäge ernsthaft eine Klage und würde mich freuen, wenn sich andere anschließen. Irgendwo muss sich doch die EU auch mal für den kleinen Mann lohnen. Sollte sich jemand dazu entschließen, bitte eine Kontaktaufnahme über dieses Forum, mein email Provider hat bei Vertragswechsel meine alte Adresse gekillt und noch nicht wieder hergestellt.

Hoffentlich bleibt Ihr von solchen Erlebnissen verschont.

Yes, this would be good to take a lawyer and claim against them because they are not professional people and are taking the money from us in an easy way. My invoice also says 3 months warranty but that means nothing for them

The first thing you can do is to leave NEGATIVE feedback in Google and in Facebook.

You can explain what happened to you so other buyers can read your experience and don't buy from them anymore.

The buyers must know what kind of people is behind ALL4JAGS - JAGUAR PARTS EUROPE !!

Hola Jorge,

I've imported a X350 from the UK and because my car has just Halogen headlights I needed some headlights for the continent. It is quite difficult to find them and normally one has to pay really a lot for them.
I received an offer from All4jags for used ones for a reasanoble price and purchased them. After the installation I went to the german tecnical control (TÜV), they told me, that these are UK headlights and not for the continent. I sent them back and received another ones, with he guarantee that that time they are the right ones. In the meantime I found out how to check if the headlights are for RHD or LHD. And - surprise, the new ones were also the UK version. Luckily I didn't install them another time, but it was really annoying and hard to understand, that a Jag specialist can sell twice wrong items.

Luckiliy they returned me the money. But ist seems that All4jags isn't a serious firm.

Hello Ramon,

Yes, I think I saw your review in Google Maps.
I also sent a NEGATIVE review to Google Maps but they took it out.
Seems GOOGLE just want POSITIVE opinions and NOT REAL opinions.

I also know about other Jaguar owner in Spain that also sent his radio to be repaired and he paid around 500 € for a radio that never worked again, but that was long time ago.

Hartmut, I'm going to contact a lawyer in Holland to fill a claim against them. I'm not loosing 1200 € so easily.

This lawyer is specialist in automotive claims, LEGION AUTOMOTIVE LEGAL SERVICES.

If someone else is interested, can contact me to fill a group claim against ALL4JAGS.

Dear friends,

Everything was sorted with ALL 4JAGS.

They gave me a voucher for the broken parts and I could order other parts that I was interested.

So, finally everything is OK with them.

but two years later , I’am waiting of a answer since many months and I would buy the parts immediately.
We have deals with Patrick for many years and have no problems for many years , but now , I dont know what happened .

ich habe bei oben genannter Firma ein XJS Radio für 500,- Euro gekauft. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass es für ein europäisches Modell ist.
Zugeschickt bekam ich natürlich die US Version welches keine geraden Frequenzen erkennt. Verkäufer war nicht einsichtig, es würde keine Unterschiede geben.........
War dann auch meine letzte Bestellung dort.

Hallo Ralf , beim Nachfolger kann man über Geheimmenu die Frequenz anpassen , habe ich gerade beim XK 8 gemacht , hat funktioniert
